You are about to learn the secrets of developing that Trim, Fit, Sexy, Rock Hard Six Pack you’ve always dreamed of!
My name is Ernie Petrangelo (you can read more about me by clicking here). Thanks for visiting 6Packin.com! I’ve been using this routine for years and I’m living proof that it works!
Many of the “Flat Stomach” or “Six Pack Ab” websites use stock photography or bodybuilding models that don’t even use the routines they are promoting. I can assure you that all of the photos on this website are un-retouched photos of yours truly.

I wish I could promise you that in a few short weeks you will transform yourself effortlessly and easily into a rock hard calendar model… but that simply is not true of ANY routine, regardless of whatever unbelievable claims you may have heard. However, with my ab routine you will see results fairly quickly, and with some real serious effort on your part you will achieve the Six Pack of your dreams!
My Ab training routine has been proven to work time and time again, but ultimately the results depend on you. Like anything else in life, “you will get out of it what you put into it.” If you drag yourself into your training session, yawning, talking on your cell phone, watching TV, reading a magazine, engaging in a conversation, or sitting around staring off into space instead of working out you aren’t really going to get much out of “training.” Have you ever seen a pro athlete train? You will never see a pro athlete in training doing any of the aforementioned things…. At least not a WINNING pro athlete. (Disclaimer: I am not trying to discredit the people who go to the gym and do the things I mentioned… heck, at least they show up…. well, sometimes they show up…. so I guess that makes them one step ahead of the people that stay home and sit on the couch playing video games and eating pizza).
So let’s cut to the chase and get right down to business… OK???!!!
Some important things to remember:
* It’s Rep Quality, not Quantity; get the most out of every set and rep.
* The Mind is the most important muscle. (More on this in future posts)
* If your abs are covered by a layer of fat you will never have a Six Pack no matter how much exercise you do.
* Forget about Fad Diets or Lose Weight Quick Schemes, in the long run they don’t work.
* Don’t use diet pills, you will just gain the weight back when you get off the drugs
* Your diet is 90% of your success
* You can do thousands of abdominal exercises but if you eat fried chicken, burgers, fries and other junk you will end up with a Keg instead of a Six Pack.
* 3000 calories = one pound; if you want to lose a pound a week figure out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight and decrease that by about 430 calories per day. (More on this in future posts)
* Cardio is not an effective means of weight loss. An hour on the stationary bike burns a couple hundred calories. That’s about one half to one third of the calories of the average dessert. You are better off skipping dessert…. Or better yet, do both!
* Your diet should consist of 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, and 20% Fat. (For more on this go to www.404020.com)
* Train for Appearance, but also train for Health and Fitness
* Educate yourself on good nutrition; read food labels.
* Supplements are just “Supplements”, try to get your nutrition from food and use Supplements to “supplement” your diet, not as a nutritional replacement for food. Bodybuilding.com has the lowest prices on supplements.
* The best exercise for weight loss is the “Push Away.” Push yourself Away from the table when you are full.
* Consistency in diet and training is the key to success.
* Make healthy choices when forced to eat out.
* Always consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program
OK, so you’re probably wondering how much this info is going to cost you? The good news is it’s FREE!!!
